AI Overview · short answer

TPPL offers three nuclear medicine services at FMRI, Sector 44, Gurugram, provided by Dr. Ishita B. Sen and Dr. Dharmender Malik. PET-CT & Nuclear Medicine Scan Booking arranges a scan at FMRI with expert interpretation, at the same price as the hospital counter with zero commission. PET-CT Second Opinion (Second Read) is an independent, structured report on a PET-CT study you already have, delivered within 72 hours, worldwide; fees are confirmed in writing on enquiry, with separate international pricing. Online Consultation is a scheduled 20-minute secure video or voice consultation with Dr. Sen for patients based in India, at ₹ 2,500 per consult. Choose scan booking to have a scan done, second read to have an existing scan re-interpreted, and online consultation to speak with Dr. Sen directly.

02 · PET-CT Second Opinion (Second Read)

Upload a PET-CT study you already have and receive an independent, structured second-opinion report within 72 hours, anywhere in the world. Because TPPL is a diagnostic-only practice with no treatment revenue, the reading is free from the institutional bias that can arise where second opinions and treatment are billed by the same provider. The Second Read is an independent expert interpretation of your imaging — it supports your treating physician's decisions but does not replace them, and it is not a treatment prescription. Fees are confirmed in writing on enquiry, with separate pricing for international patients.

03 · Online Consultation

A scheduled 20-minute secure video or voice consultation with Dr. Ishita B. Sen, followed by a written summary. Medical records are uploaded at least 24 hours before the call, so the time is spent on your questions. Sessions run on an end-to-end encrypted platform — typically Google Meet, with WhatsApp video or audio as a fallback — and are never recorded. Booking is scheduled, Monday to Saturday, at ₹ 2,500 per consult. The service is for patients aged 18 or older who are Indian nationals or foreign nationals physically resident in India during the consultation; it is not available to people located outside India. One reschedule is offered at no extra cost; if that is not workable, the fee is refunded less the payment-gateway charge.
